自锁式可调节颅脑引流装置悬挂器在颅脑外科手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of self-locking adjustable craniocerebral drainage device hanger in patients receiving craniocerebral surgery

目的探讨自锁式可调节颅脑引流装置悬挂器在颅脑外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月~2018年4月于我院行颅脑外科手术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者引流袋采取传统固定方式固定,观察组患者引流袋采取自锁式可调节颅脑引流装置悬挂器固定。比较两组患者颅脑引流固定高度准确度、颅脑引流观察效果、引流效果、一根引流管悬挂调整平均操作时间及24 h用于引流管开放、关闭和调整引流袋高度的平均操作时间。结果观察组患者颅脑引流固定高度准确度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者颅脑引流观察效果、引流效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者组一根引流管悬挂调整平均操作时间及24 h用于引流管开放、关闭和调整引流袋高度的平均操作时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅脑外科手术治疗中采用自锁式可调节颅脑引流装置悬挂器能够提高固定准确度,操作效率高,便于观察引流性状,引流效果好,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the application effect of self-locking adjustable craniocerebral drainage device hanger in the patients receiving craniocerebral surgery. Methods Sixty patients treated with craniocerebral surgery from May 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 patients in each group. In the control group, the drainage bag was fixed by the conventional fixation method. In the observation group, the drainage bag was fixed by the self-locking adjustable craniocerebral drainage device hanger. The accuracy of craniocerebral drainage fixation height, craniocerebral drainage observation effects,drainage effects, average operation time of suspension adjustment per drainage tube, and average operation time of drainage tube opening, closing and drainage bag height adjusting in 24 hours were compared. Results The accuracy of craniocerebral fixation height in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The drainage observation effects and the drainage effects in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The average operation time of suspension adjustment per drainage tube and the average operation time of drainage tube opening, closing and drainage bag height adjusting in 24 hours in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, with statisti cally significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of self-locking adjustable craniocerebral drainage device hanger in the craniocerebral surgery can improve the fixation accuracy, has high operation efficiency, is convenient for observing drainage characteristics and has good drainage effect, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
