摘要
目的对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者使用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂进行用药教育,同时分析影响患者用药依从性的因素,为今后COPD的治疗提供重要的依据。方法抽取2018年2月~2019年2月COPD稳定期病例120例,对比患者在用药教育前后对吸入剂操作的掌握程度;同时按照其年龄、性别、文化程度、经济条件进行分组,统计分析以上因素与用药依从性的关系。结果患者用药教育后较用药教育前对吸入剂使用的掌握程度有明显改善;不同性别的患者用药依从性的比较差异无统计学意义,不同年龄组、不同文化程度组、不同经济条件组患者用药依从性比较差异有统计学意义。结论 COPD患者在对其进行用药教育前存在很多不足,通过用药教育,提高了COPD患者使用吸入剂的掌握程度;同时要加强和重视对年龄大、文化程度低、自费患者的用药教育,提高其用药依从性。
Objective Though medical education for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients in stabilization period using inhalant named Shu Lidie in our hospital,and analysising of the influencing factors of medication compliance in patients.It can provided important basis for the treatment of COPD. Methods Extracted COPD stabilization cases of 120 from February 2018 to February 2019,compared the master degree of the inhalant operation before and after the medication compliance,at the same time these patients were grouped according to their age, gender, educational level, economic conditions, then analysed the relationship between the above factors and medication compliance.Results After the medical education,the inhalant medication compliance significantly improved than medical education before.Compared the medication compliance, these was no significant differences in patients with different gender while these were significant differences in patients with different age, educational level, economic conditions.Conclusion There are many deficiencies before the medical education in COPD patients while there were improvement in master degree of the inhalant after the medical education. Simultaneously,we should Strengthen and pay attention to the medical education in old age,low educational level and personal payment in order to improve their medication compliance.
