阿托伐他汀联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对冠心病心力衰竭患者血清Treg、IL-10因子指标的影响研究

Effect of atorvastatin combined with sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate on serum Treg and IL-10 factors in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure

目的分析阿托伐他汀联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对冠心病心力衰竭患者血清调节性T细胞(Treg)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)因子指标的影响。方法选取冠心病心力衰竭患者84例(2017年5月~2019年5月),按治疗方案不同分为研究组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),对照组予以阿托伐他汀,研究组在对照组基础上予以丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠,对比两组疗效及治疗前后血清Treg、IL-10因子水平变化。结果研究组总有效率92.86%(39/42)较对照组73.81%(31/42)高(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组血清Treg水平较对照组高,血清IL-10水平较对照组低(P <0.05)。结论在阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者基础上加用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠能改善免疫功能,减轻炎性反应,提高疗效。

Objective To analyze the effects of atorvastatin combined with sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate on serum regulatory T cells and interleukin-10(IL-10) in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty-four patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure in our hospital were selected(May 2017 to May 2019). The patients were divided into study group(n = 42) and control group(n = 42) according to the treatment plan. The control group was given Ato In the study group, the rats in the study group were given sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate, and the serum levels of Treg and IL-10 were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.86%(39/42), which was higher than that of the control group(73.81%, 31/42). After treatment, the serum Treg level of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the serum IL-10 level was higher than that of the control group. The group was low(P < 0.05). Conclusion The addition of sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate to atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease can improve immune function, reduce inflammatory response and improve efficacy.
