摘要
为了更好适应应用型人才的培养,针对食品掺伪检验课程,运用教学内容整合、教学方法多样化、考核方式过程化等措施,进行了理实一体化教学改革,加强了学生实践技能的训练,提高了学生学习的积极性,取得了良好的教学效果。
In order to adapt to the training of practical talents,the adulterated food identification course was carried out teaching reform,The paper discussed the model of theory and practice integration from integrationg of teaching content,varied teaching methods,procedural examing forms and got better teaching efficiency.
