一种加装在GIS波纹管上的新型防雨罩

A new rain cover installed on GIS bellows

广东地区的变电站GIS设备由于长期处于炎热潮湿的环境中,波纹管处的螺孔与螺栓易生锈,最终造成设备密封性能下降,导致设备漏气、绝缘降低,引发电气故障。设计一种新型防雨罩应用于GIS波纹管处,从而隔离高温和雨水对波纹管的影响,延缓设备生锈,避免发生电气事故。

Due to the long-term GIS equipment in the substation in Guangdong,the screw holes and bolts at the bellows are prone to rust,which eventually causes the equipment to have poor sealing performance,resulting in equipment leakage,insulation degradation and electrical failure.In this paper,a new type of rain cover is designed to be applied to the GIS bellows to isolate the influence of high temperature and rain on the bellows,delay the rust of equipment and avoid electrical accidents.
