公专融合是公安信息化建设的主要方向之一,基于公安部门实战需求,深入探讨公专融合的策略,重点研究适合公专融合的警用宽带专网技术特点,并对公专融合下的多种工作模式进行了详细的介绍,为融合终端的设计提供一些建议。

Converged communication of public and private network is one of the key directions of public safety’s information evolution in China.Based on the practical demands,the paper discussed the strategy of converged communication,and studied the technical characteristics of private network in order to well co-work with 4G public network,and introduced some new working modes under the converged communication,and finally provided some suggestions for the reference design of converged smart terminals.
