摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提升出院病人复诊预约率中的应用效果。方法将品管圈活动应用在提升出院病人复诊预约率中,分析出院病人复诊预约率低的原因,制定相应的对策,并按照PDCA循环进行持续质量管理。结果实施品管圈活动后,出院病人复诊预约率从27%上升到38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动能提升出院病人复诊预约率,增强了医护人员对复诊预约健康宣教的意识。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving the appointment rate of discharged patients.Methods By applying the activities of product pipe circle in the promotion of remission appointment for the discharged patients,we analyze the reasons for the low appointment rate of the discharged patiens,formulate the corresponding countermeasures and keep managing quality according to the PDCA cycle.Results After the implementation of quality control circle activities,the appointment rate of discharged patients increased from 27%to 38%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Quality control circle activities can improve the rate of discharde patents and enhance the awareness of medical staff that the importance of appointing healthy publicity and education.
