摘要
目的探讨食物不耐受血清特异性免疫球蛋白(Ig)G抗体与儿童过敏性哮喘的相关性.方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的196例过敏性哮喘患儿,开展血清食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体检测,分析其食物不耐受情况.结果在所选取的患儿当中,通过开展血清食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体检测得知,共有151例阳性(77.0%),在过敏原阳性率分布当中,最高的是鸡蛋(49.0%),牛奶为其次(35.8%),大豆(25.8%).依据性别进行分组,男患儿的鸡蛋、牛奶、大豆阳性例数较女患儿偏低(P<0.05).食物不耐受种类伴随年龄增加,呈现随之减少趋势.结论针对过敏性哮喘儿童,检测并分析其血清食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体,有积极意义.
Objective To investigate the correlation between food intolerance to serum specific immunoglobulin G(IgG)antibody and allergic asthma in children.Methods One hundred and ninety-six children with allergic asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected for the detection of specific IgG antibody for serum food intolerance to analyze their food intolerance.Results Among the selected children,151 cases(77.0%)were found to be positive by testing specific IgG antibody to food intolerance in serum.Among the allergen positive rate distribution,eggs(49.0%)were the highest,followed by milk(35.8%)and soybean(25.8%).According to gender grouping,the number of positive cases of eggs,milk and soybean in male children was lower than that in female children(P<0.05).The types of food intolerance tended to decrease with age.Conclusion It is of positive significance to detect and analyze specific IgG antibody against food intolerance in children with allergic asthma.
