两种敷料在Power PICC管固定中的临床应用

Two kinds of transparent dressings on the Power PICC catheter fixation in clinical application

目的比较两种透明敷料在PowerPICC管固定中的临床应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年7月某三甲医院应用PowerPICC置管的患者96例,采用随机数字法将患者分为实验组50例和对照组46例。实验组选用型号为3MTegadermTM1686的透明敷料,对照组选用型号为3MTegadermTM9546HP的透明敷料,比较PowerPICC在导管移位、粘附导管及穿刺点感染情况在两种敷料中的发生情况。结果实验组导管移位发生率为16.0%,对照组导管移位发生率46.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组粘附导管发生率4.0%,对照组粘附导管发生率高达89.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组在导管穿刺点感染发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3MTegadermTM1686透明敷料能有效避免粘附导管,减少脱管率的发生。

Objective To compare two kinds of transparent dressings on the Power PICC catheter fixation in clinical application.Methods To use the random number table method to divide the 96 patientswithPower PICCinto the experimental group(50 cases)and the control group(46 cases)from January 2017 to July 2017 in the Grade-A Tertiary Hospital.The experimental group used 3 MTegadermTM 1686,and the group control group used 3 MTegadermTM 9546 HP,and to compare the complications including catheter displacement、catheter adhesion and puncture point infection in two groups.Results The incidence of catheter displacement the experimental group and the control groupwas 16.0%、46.0% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of catheter adhesion in the experimental group and the control groupwas 4.0%、89.0% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the difference between two groupsin the incidence of catheter puncture point infection wasn’t statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion 3 MTegadermTM 1686 transparent dressing could avoid catheter adhesion and reduce the catheter displacement in cadence fectively.
