摘要 目的:探讨医学院校附属医院临床教学的重点工作。方法:回顾总结近年来江苏卫生健康职业学院附属医院所承担的临床、护理、康复、检验、药学、影像等专业的实习任务,分析医院发展过程中迫切需要解决的新问题。结果:医院发展过程中迫切需要解决的新问题包括建立教学制度,构建教学网络;设立导师制,构建合理的临床带教队伍;改进教学方法,改善教学环节;开展实习生岗前培训;加强临床教学督查,提高教学质量。结论:临床实习阶段是医学生向临床医生转变的必经阶段,与学校教学相辅相成,旨在培养实习生的实践能力,对实习生由学生向临床工作者过渡具有重要意义。同时通过对实习生的言传身教,促进带教老师不断加强学习,达到教学相长的目的。 Objective:To explore the key work of clinical teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges and universities.Methods:This paper reviews and summarizes the clinical,nursing,rehabilitation,inspection,pharmacy,imaging and other professional practice tasks undertaken by the affiliated hospitals of jiangsu vocational college of health and health in recent years,and analyses the new problems that need to be solved urgently in the process of hospital development.Results:New problems urgently needed to be solved in the course of hospital development include the establishment of teaching system and teaching network,the establishment of tutorial system and the construction of reasonable clinical teaching team,the improvement of teaching methods and teaching links,the development of pre-job training for interns,the strengthening of clinical teaching supervision and the improvement of teaching quality.Conclusion:The clinical practice stage is the necessary stage for medical students to change to clinicians.It is complementary to school teaching.It aims to cultivate the practical ability and has great significance for the transition of trainee from students to clinicians.At the same time,the teachers'words and deeds can promote them to learn more and achieve the purpose of teaching.
