摘要 针对目前油库储油罐数量众多、地理位置分散和信号传输距离远的特点,设计了一种新型的储油罐远程监管系统。该系统采用液位及温度传感器实时采集油罐储油量信息及储存环境信息,经微处理器计算后通过GPRS传送给远程服务器,从而实现对油罐的远程监管,达到了降低人力成本、提高管理效率、确保储藏油储备安全等目的。 With the present oil tanks characterized by great number, dispersed location and the distant signal transmission,a new type of remote monitoring system is designed. This system uses liquid level and temperature sensor to collect the information about the oil tank storage quantity and storage environment in real time. After the calculation by the microprocessor, the data is transmitted to the remote server through GPRS. In this way, the remote monitoring of oil tanks could be realized, which could reduce the labor costs, improve the management efficiency and ensure the safe storage of oil reserves.
