摘要
对某型SUV制动时方向盘抖动问题进行分析,提出了4种抖动控制方案,并运用试验的方法对方案进行优化验证。结果表明,提高大轴套损失系数和前下摆臂大轴套刚度,对制动时方向盘抖动控制改善明显。
The steering wheel jitter problem of a SUV is analyzed and four kinds of jitter control schemes are proposed. Experiences are conducted to optimize the scheme. The results show that increasing the loss coefficient of the large bushing and the stiffness of the large bushing of the front lower swing-arm could significantly improve the steering wheel jitter control at its braking.
