乳清粉对湖羊羔羊瘤胃组织发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本试验主要研究乳清粉对湖羊羔羊瘤胃组织发育的影响。选择出生健康、生长发育正常、初生重(3.49±0.46kg)相近的湖羊羔羊30只,分为3个处理组,从7日龄开始分别强制补饲添加不同比例乳清粉的开食料,其中:A组补饲1号开食料(含5%的乳清粉)、B组补饲2号开食料(含2%的乳清粉)、C组作为对照组补饲3号开食料(不含乳清粉)。分别于21和42日龄屠宰采样,测量瘤胃腹囊、背囊乳头长度和宽度及肌层的厚度。结果表明:瘤胃背囊乳头高度A组极显著高于B组和C组,说明5%乳清粉对羔羊瘤胃发育有较好作用。A、B两组添加乳清粉开食料增加了21日龄羔羊瘤胃背囊和42日龄羔羊瘤胃腹囊乳头宽度;A、B组添加乳清粉补饲均增加了42日龄羔羊瘤胃黏膜上皮角化层厚度,相比较之下,B组补饲对羔羊瘤胃黏膜上皮角化层厚度的刺激较好,说明饲喂开食料能够促进瘤胃发育,且出生后7日龄开始补饲含5%乳清粉的开食补饲料对瘤胃组织发育促进作用明显。 The effect of whey powder on rumen tissue development of Hu lambs was studied in this experiment.Thirty Hu lambs with similar birth weight(3.49±0.46kg)and normal growth were divided into three treatment groups.Starting from 7 days old,they were forced to supplement with different ratios of whey powder,including group A with 5%whey powder,group B with 2%whey powder,and group C with 3 without whey powder.As a control group.Slaughter samples were collected at 21 and 42 days of age to measure the length and width of the papillae of the rumen abdominal sac and backsac,and the thickness of the muscular layer.The results showed that the papilla height of rumen backpack in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C,suggesting that 5%whey powder had better rumen development in lambs.Adding whey powder starter to group A and B increased the papillary width of rumen backpack of 21-day-old lambs and rumen abdominal sac of 42-day-old lambs.Adding whey powder supplementation to group A and B increased the thickness of rumen mucosal epithelial keratinization layer of 42-day-old lambs,which was better than that of group B in stimulating the thickness of rumen mucosal epithelial keratinization layer of lambs.At 7 days after birth,supplementary feeding with 5%whey powder could promote the development of rumen tissue.
