摘要
本研究以陇南市为例,采用问卷、访谈等方式对该市普惠性民办幼儿园的教师流动问题进行调查研究,发现教师工资低下、社会认同不高、工作压力大是导致教师流动的主要原因。为此,提出依法保障幼儿教师待遇与地位、健全职称评聘和培训制度、加强幼儿园人文关怀等相应的对策建议,以稳定陇南市普惠性民办园教师队伍,逐步提高当地普惠性民办园的教育质量。
Taking longnan city as an example,this study investigated and studied the teacher mobility in general preferential private kindergarten in longnan city by means of questionnaire and interview,and found that the main causes of teacher turnover were low salary,low social identity and high work pressure.Therefore,this paper puts forward to the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to guarantee the treatment and status of preschool teachers in accordance with the law,improve the professional title evaluation and training system,and strengthen the humanistic care of kindergartens,so as to stabilize the teachers of general preferential private kindergartens in longnan city and gradually improve the education quality of local general preferential private kindergartens.
