摘要
中国与伊朗的交往历史悠久,源远流长。汉代“丝绸之路”的开通,更是为两国经济文化交往打开了新局面。在饮食文化方面,中伊也分别是东亚和中东饮食文化的代表国家,饮食文化独具特色。本文通过对中伊饮食文化特点的介绍,以及山西美食石子饼与伊朗石子馕制作方法和传承特点比较。以此来初探两国在饮食文化上的异同,以及“一带一路”背景下,中国应该如何抓住机遇,对外弘扬中华饮食文化提供借鉴意义。
China's exchanges with Iran have a long history.The opening of the Silk Road in the Han Dynasty opened up a new situation for the economic and cultural exchanges between the two countries.In terms of dietary culture,China and Iran are the representative countries of east Asian and middle eastern dietary culture respectively,with unique dietary culture.This paper introduces the characteristics of Chinese and Iranian dietary culture,and compares the making methods and inheritance characteristics of Shanxi stone cake with Iranian Sangak.In this way,the similarities and differences between the two countries in food culture are explored,and under the background of"One Belt and One Road",how China should seize the opportunity to provide reference for the promotion of Chinese dietary culture abroad.
