社会大课堂资源单位风险评估指标研究

摘要 中小学生社会大课堂的资源单位为学生开展研究性学习、社区服务、社会实践等课外活动提供了丰富的教育、活动资源,大力推动了素质教育的开展。但是,在越来越丰富多彩的校外社会大课堂活动背后,存在的是社会大课堂资源单位安全管理水平参差不齐而存在的各类风险。目前国内各管理部门、各主管单位并没有具体的风险评估体系,来对社会大课堂资源单位进行评估和审核。本文提出的资源单位风险评估指标体系,可为资源单位学生活动的风险评估提供参考。 The resource units of the social classrooms create a safe environment for student education and activity,provide a variety of extracurricular activities including research learning,community service and social practice,and also vigorously promote the development of quality-oriented education.However,various risks resulting from the differentiated levels of safety managements of the related units exist among the increasingly colorful extra-curricular activities of the social classrooms.At present,rare specific system of risk assessment has been founded by domestic management departments and corresponding authorities to evaluate and assess the social classroom resource units.This study proposed an index system of the risk assessment aiming to provide a reference for the risk assessment during the student activities in social classroom resource unit.
