东北老工业基地工业遗产再利用价值研究——以抚顺为例

Research on the Reuse Value of Industrial Heritage in Northeast Old Industrial Base——A Case of Fushun

本文选取典型城市--抚顺作为研究对象,通过研读城市形成与工业发展的历史关系,划分城市与工业的发展阶段,形成对城市工业遗存的价值认知。本文采用德尔菲法(Delphi)与层次分析法(AHP),构建抚顺工业遗产再利用价值的评价体系,提出分层保护再利用的整体策略建议,以期为东北老工业基地的工业遗产的再利用价值评估提供借鉴。

In order to provide a paradigm reference for the evaluation of the reuse value of the industrial heritage in the old industrial bases in Northeast China, this paper selects the typical city-Fushun as the research object, studies the relationship between urban formation and industrial development history, and divides the urban and industrial development stages. This paper makes use of Delphi and AHP methods to establish the reuse value evaluation system of Fushun industrial heritage, concludes the evaluation results and then puts forward the overall strategy of layered protection and reuse.
