青岛工业遗产保护利用历程及现状调研

Research on Qingdao Industrial Heritage Protection and Utilization History and Its Current Situation

青岛作为中国重要的工业城市,拥有丰富的工业遗产资源,也是我国较早进行工业遗产再利用的城市之一。2008-2018年,10年的迅速发展使青岛从奥运城市转型为国际知名的峰会城市。青岛经历了产业转型、旧企业搬迁等城市更新的一系列过程,为其对工业遗产的保护利用奠定了基础。在当前新旧动能转换的背景下,青岛工业遗产迎来了新的契机,本文回顾了过去10年青岛工业遗产的保护利用状况,总结了其中的经验与不足,具有重要的现实意义。

As a vital industrial city in China, Qingdao is not only rich in industrial heritage resources, but also one of the early cities to reuse industrial heritage. From 2008 to 2018, the rapid development within a decade transformed Qingdao from an Olympic city into an internationally renowned summit city. A series of measures of urban renewal, such as industrial transformation and relocation of old enterprises, also laid a foundation for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage. Now under the background of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy, the industrial heritage of Qingdao has ushered in a new opportunity. It is of great practical significance to review the status of the protection and utilization of the industrial heritage in the past decade and summarize the experience and deficiencies therein.
