摘要
新时期,国土空间规划对村庄规划工作提出了新的要求,而村庄规划的编制目前尚缺乏系统的可借鉴工作经验及编制技术指南。基于此背景,文章通过对新时代背景下村庄规划工作要求的梳理与思考,从用地分类、规划技术底图、村庄规划编制组织等方面出发,提出了解决措施及优化路径,以期为村庄规划编制工作提供参考。
In the new era, the land and space planning proposes new requirements for village planning, but the compilation of village planning is still short of systematic work experience and technical compilation guidance. Under such circumstances, this paper observes and analyzes the requirements of village planning in the new era, puts forward solutions and improved path from the aspects of land classification, planning technology map and organization of planning compilation, etc., with a view to provide a reference for the compilation of village planning.
