在可持续发展的时代背景下,人居环境的问题日益突出,既要保证城市化进程中住区数目的快速增长,又要满足住宅的生态环境,这需要建筑师从建筑领域出发,借鉴生态环境、可持续发展等理论和手段,从设计、技术等方面构建城市中住宅绿色设计的体系,提出可实现的经济、有效、低耗能的生态建筑适宜技术方案,对建筑业的节能绿色改造提供一定的参考,以设计出节能节材、绿色可持续的生态建筑,创造出协调有序、和谐共生的绿色生态系统。

Under the background of sustainable development,the problem of human settlements has become increasingly prominent.It is necessary to ensure the rapid growth of the number of settlements in the process of urbanization and to meet the ecological environment of housing.This requires the architects to start from the construction field,learn from the theories and means of ecological environment and sustainable development,etc.,establish the green design system of residential buildings in urban areas from the aspects of design and technology,and propose achievable,economical,effective and low energy-consuming ecological building design that is suitable to technical solutions.This paper provides a reference for the energy-saving and green transformation of the building industry.It is helpful for designing energy-saving and green sustainable ecological buildings,and creating a green,coordinated and harmonious ecosystem.
