转型升级视角下保税区的交通体系规划探讨——以青岛前湾保税港区核心区为例

Discussion on Traffic System Planning of Bonded Zone from the Perspective of Transformation and Upgrading——A Case of the Core Area of Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area

转型升级导致区域内用地性质和交通出行需求特征发生重大改变,原有的交通体系很难适应并促进区域的转型升级,需对交通系统进行更新重塑。本文通过分析转型升级后区域的交通需求并进行适应性交通规划分析,以青岛前湾保税港区核心区为例,分别从道路交通、公共交通、慢行交通和停车系统进行研究,探讨转型升级视角下保税区的交通系统规划方法。

The transformation and upgrading has brought great changes to the regional land use nature and traffic travel demand characteristics.It is difficult for the original traffic system to adapt to and promote the transformation and upgrading of the region.The traffic system needs to be updated and remodeled.This paper analyzes the traffic demand of the area after transformation and upgrading and carries out adaptive traffic planning analysis.Taking the core area of Qingdao Qianwan bonded port area as an example,this paper studies the traffic system planning method of bonded area from the perspective of transformation and upgrading from several aspects,such as road traffic,public traffic,slow traffic and parking system.
