摘要
装配式住宅建筑以其工期短、绿色环保等优点发展迅速,但由于其工厂预制、现场装配的特点,对安全性提出了更高的要求,因此建立科学合理的安全评价指标体系显得尤为重要。本文基于系统科学的层次分析法,根据各因素指标的权重,建立装配式住宅建筑的安全评价体系,并用实例论证,希望能为装配式住宅建筑施工安全的发展提供借鉴意义。
Prefabricated residential building develops rapidly due to its advantages of short construction period,green environmental protection,and so on.However,due to its characteristics of factory prefabrication and site assembly,high safety requirements are also put forward for this kind of building.So it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable safety evaluation index system.Based on the systematic and scientific analytic hierarchy process(AHP),according to the weight of each factor index,this paper establishes the safety evaluation system of prefabricated residential buildings,and demonstrates with practical cases,hoping to provide a reference for the development of construction safety of prefabricated residential buildings.
