自助服务终端能效考核及测试方法的研究

摘要 随着经济的发展,各种业务来往越来越多,随着老龄化社会的到来,很多简单的没有技术性的工作被自助服务终端取代,例如ATM机取代柜台办理存取款服务,地铁售票机替代售票员,医院打印查询一体机替代发报告的员工等等,且自助服务终端可提供24 h服务,让市民24 h都能享受到便利的服务。据统计,截至到2019年的第三季度,我国的ATM机保有量达112.86万台,自助服务终端数量庞大,又提供24 h服务,其中的能耗不可忽视,而现今却没有一个标准去考核自助服务终端的能源效率,因此对于自助服务终端能源效率的考核方法的研究刻不容缓。 with the development of economy, various business more and more, with the advent of an aging society, many simply don’t have the technical work was replaced by the self-service terminals, such as ATM machines to replace counter for different services, replace the conductor subway ticket machines, hospital printer instead of query machine send reports of employees, etc., and self-service terminals can provide 24-hour service, let people can enjoy the convenience of service 24 hours a day. According to statistics, as of the third quarter of 2019, China’s 1.1286 million ATM machines, large self-service terminals, and provide 24-hour service, the energy consumption can not be ignored, and now there is no a standard to assess selfservice terminal energy efficiency, so for self-service terminal energy efficiency evaluation method research is urgently needed.
