小功率电机能效分级的研究

摘要 小功率电机在我国家用电器中的应用是十分广泛,占有很大的市场份额。如果能够建立科学的能效分级考核指标,那么小功率电机的行业发展必然会受到积极的影响。本文主要基于行业数据调查及试验室历年测试报告结论,分析各类小功率电机产品效率分布情况,探索IEC及各国能效标准制定原理,根据国内产品的实际情况,在对数据进行统计分析和合理性研究的基础上,对小功率电机新的能效分级提出了一些建议。 Small-power motors are widely used in household appliances in China, and occupy a large market share. If we can establish a scientific energy efficiency classification, the development of small-power motors industry will inevitably be positively affected. Based on the industry data survey and the results of the test reports in the past years, this paper analyzes the distribution of the efficiency of all kinds of smallpower motor products, and explores the principles of IEC and the establishment of energy efficiency standards in various Countries. According to the actual situation of domestic products, suggestions on a new energy efficiency classification system for small-power motors are put forward on the basis of the statistical analysis of the data and the study of its rationality.
