鼻腔扩容术治疗变应性鼻炎及短期过敏症状改善情况分析

Analysis of nasal cavity expansion surgery in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and shortterm allergic symptoms improvement

目的探讨个体化鼻内镜手术纠正鼻腔解剖异常治疗顽固性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2016年6月期间住院手术治疗的变应性鼻炎患者110例(男64例、女46例),其中伴鼻中隔偏曲者86例,伴鼻窦炎者24例,伴鼻息肉者10例,单纯变应性鼻炎患者9例;局部麻醉下实施个体化鼻腔扩容术纠正解剖异常,术后运用鼻内镜检查联合视觉模拟量表法随访观察疗效情况。结果随访期内变应性鼻炎患者的鼻塞、流清水样涕、喷嚏、鼻痒症状的VAS评分改变均具有统计学意义,其中鼻塞和流清水样涕症状评分改善明显。结论采用个体化鼻腔扩容术治疗伴有解剖异常的顽固性变应性鼻炎,短期内可有效改善患者鼻塞及流涕症状,并能使鼻痒、打喷嚏症状得到缓解。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of individualized endoscopic sinus surgery in correcting allergic rhinitis in nasal cavity. Methods 110 surgical treatment in-hostipal cases of allergic rhinitis during January 2010 to June 2016 were selectioned(64 males and 46 females), including 86 cases of nasal septum deviation, 24 cases with sinusitis, 10 cases with nasal polyps, and 9 patients with simple allergic rhinitis.Individualized nasal cavity expansion surgery was performed under local anesthesia to correct anatomical abnormalities.Postoperative nasal endoscopic examination combined with visual analogue scale was used to observe the curative effect. Results The changes in the VAS score of nasal congestion, drainage, sneezing and nasal itching were all statistically significant in the patients with allergic rhinitis during the follow-up period. The symptoms of nasal congestion and the flow of clear water like mucus improved significantly. Conclusions Intractable Allergic Rhinitis with anatomic abnormality is treated by individualized nasal cavity expansion surgery, which can effectively improve the symptoms of nasal congestion and runny nose in the short term, and relieve the symptoms of nasal itching and sneezing.
