中医辨证治疗反复发作的口腔溃疡的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine dialectic on recurrent oral ulcer

目的探讨中医辨证治疗反复发作的口腔溃疡的效果。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月收治的40例反复发作的口腔溃疡患者进行研究,随机分为对照组与观察组各20例,对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医辨证治疗,对两组治疗效果及创面愈合情况进行观察。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显较对照组70.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者溃疡疼痛持续时间与溃疡面愈合时间明显较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗反复发作的口腔溃疡效果满意,也能快速缓解疼痛,促进创面愈合,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine dialectic on recurrent oral ulcers. Methods40 patients with recurrent oral ulcers who were admitted from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, and the observation group implemented TCM dialectical treatment on the basis of the control group.Observing the therapeutic effect and wound healing of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00 %, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.00 %, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of ulcer pain and the healing time of ulcer surface in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions TCM dialectical treatment of recurrent oral ulcers is satisfactory, it can also quickly relieve pain and promote wound healing, which is worth promoting.
