摘要
《中华人民共和国与欧亚经济联盟经贸合作协定》签署之后,建立自贸区成为中国与欧亚经济联盟深化经济合作的重要议题。本文从中国、欧亚经济联盟及域外角度出发,结合经济、政治与法律等方面,兼顾双方与国际因素,对双方建立自贸区的利弊条件进行梳理,并从量与质两方面对其进行比较分析。结果表明,短期内中国与欧亚经济联盟建立自贸区仍充满挑战。
Free trade zones has become an essential issue for in-depth economic cooperation between China and the Eurasian Economic Union(EEU)since the signature of the Agreement on Trade and Economic Cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and the People's Republic of China on May 17,2018.This paper analyzes the strengths and drawbacks of the China and the EEU's free trade zones and conducts a comparative study from both quantity and quality aspects.It is concluded that the promotion of China and the EEU's free trade zone constructionis still faced with challenges in the short run.
