Both international and external factors are causes of Russia's slack economy stuck at its lowest.It is urgent for Russia to get a chance to break out of its current predicament.Against such a backdrop,the Russian authorities unveiled Key Guidelines for the Government up to 2024.Russia is subject to a series of internal and external factors during the implementation of the Guideline and these factors are expected to exercise impact on the results of the Guideline's implementation and the long-run path of development.Apart from that,the judgement of the possibility for the successful implementation of the plan is important to the study of Russia's economic prospect and trajectory of development.Such a judgement is derived from the study of Russia's economy from historic and realistic perspectives and the importance adequately attached to the economic contents in the plan.
