女性盆底功能相关性肠动力障碍研究进展

Advances in pelvic floor dysfunction-related intestinal motility

女性盆底功能障碍是临床较常见疾病,多数患者出现便失禁或出口梗阻性便秘等临床症状。目前,盆腔领域相关性肠动力障碍方面研究尚属起步阶段。随着生理学相关检测方式的完善,同时辅助影像学方法,已逐渐开展功能测试和影像学检查对盆底功能相关性肠动力障碍进行诊断分析。临床上合理的药物治疗、手术治疗等已经是目前改善疾病的主要方式。本文综述近年来相关文献,分析本病发病机制、诊断方式,总结其治疗方法,为临床治疗盆底功能相关肠动力障碍疾病提供理论依据。

Female pelvic floor dysfunction is a common clinical disease.Most patients have clinical symptoms such as fecal incontinence or outlet obstructive constipation.At present,the study on pelvic related intestinal motility disorders is still in its infancy.With the improvement of physiology related detection methods and assistant imaging methods,functional tests and imaging examinations are gradually carried out to diagnose pelvic floor function related intestinal motility disorders.Reasonable drug treatment and surgical treatment are the main ways to improve the disease at present.This article reviews the related literature in recent years,analyses the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction associated with intestinal motility disorders.
