脑电生物反馈联合艾司西酞普兰在焦虑障碍治疗中的作用分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:分析在广泛性焦虑障碍患者中使用脑电生物反馈联合艾司西酞普治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年12月本院收治的80例广泛性焦虑障碍患者,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组实施艾司西酞普兰单独治疗,试验组实施脑电生物反馈联合艾司西酞普兰治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,试验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周后,试验组HAMA、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的便秘、口干、过度镇静、震颤、视物模糊发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用脑电生物反馈联合艾司西酞普兰治疗在广泛性焦虑障碍患者,效果显著,且不增加不良反应,值得临床推广。 Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of EEG biofeedback combined with escitalopram in patients with generalized anxiety disorder. Method: A total of 80 patients with generalized anxiety disorder admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with escitalopram alone, and the experimental group was treated with EEG biofeedback combined with escitalopram. The clinical treatment effect, HAMA score, SAS score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, HAMA score and SAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of constipation, dry mouth, excessive sedation, tremor and blurred vision between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of EEG biofeedback combined with escitalopram in the treatment of patients with generalized anxiety disorder has a significant effect and does not increase adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
