摘要
目的:探讨精细护理配合心理安慰对PET-CT显像检查质量和满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年1-9月于本院实施PET-CT显像检查者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组进行传统的护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上进行精细护理配合心理安慰干预。统计并分析两组干预后PET-CT显像检查图像质量及满意度。结果:干预后两组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组SDS与SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后对照组图像质量优良率低于观察组(P<0.05);干预后对照组健康指导、服务态度、心理护理、护理技术和热情服务的满意度评分均明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:采用精细护理配合心理安慰的护理方式对PET-CT显像检查受检者进行干预,可以提高PET-CT显像检查图像质量,为医生提供正确的诊断依据,促进护理质量的提升,改善受检者的心理状态,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of fine nursing combined with psychological comfort on the quality and satisfaction of PET-CT imaging. Method: A total of 80 cases undergoing PET-CT imaging in our hospital from January to September 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received traditional nursing intervention, while the observation group received meticulous nursing combined with psychological comfort intervention on the basis of the control group. The PET-CT image quality and satisfaction of two groups after the intervention were analyzed. Result: After intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the image quality excellent rate of the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05). After intervention, the satisfaction scores of the health guidance, service attitude, psychological nursing, nursing technology and enthusiastic service in the control group were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of meticulous nursing combined with psychological comfort can improve the image quality of PETCT, provide the correct diagnostic basis for doctors, promote the improvement of nursing quality and improve the psychological state of patients, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
