中药联合锡类散治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

目的观察比较中药联合锡类散治疗复杂性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法本次实验纳入对象为前来我院治疗复杂性口腔溃疡的患者,随机选取其中98例即可,均分为对照组、观察组,单组设置为49例。将锡类散外用方法作为对照组患者的主要治疗手段,观察组除锡类散外用,加用中药治疗,比较两组临床疗效、溃疡愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间及复发率。结果对照组有效率为95.52%,观察组有效率为81.63%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将两组患者的溃疡愈合、疼痛缓解时间输入到统计学软件中计算,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组较对照组相比,复发率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药联合锡类散治疗复杂性口腔溃疡效果优于单用锡类散。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Xilei san with Chinese medical treatment on recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods This experiment into the complexity of object to come to our hospital treatment of oral ulcer patients,among them 98 cases were randomly selected,were divided into control group to observe group,a single set of set to 49 cases will tin powder for external use method as the main treatment of patients with the control group,the observation group in addition to the tin powder for external use,combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect of ulcer healing time pain relief and the recurrence rate.Results The effective rate was 95.52% in the control group and 81.63% in the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of ulcer healing and pain relief in the two groups was input into the statistical software, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xilei san with Chinese medical treatment on ROU is quite ideal.
