摘要
寺河矿西井区3号煤层由于瓦斯含量高、涌出量大,为加快岩巷进尺速度,通过底板岩巷岩层性质分析,开展高瓦斯矿井大采高工作面底板岩巷层位选择技术研究,结果表明:将原底板岩巷沿5号煤掘进变更为沿K 6灰岩掘进。原底板岩巷沿5号煤掘进平均进尺为2 m/d,巷道月进尺为60 m,底板岩巷K 6灰岩掘进平均进尺为5 m/d以上,巷道月进尺为150 m左右。按照底板岩巷对掘贯通,提前6.4个月完成底板岩巷的掘进,打破寺河矿采掘衔接紧张局面。变更层位之后按照提前6.4个月底板岩巷掘进到位,省去人工费用合计640万元。由于5号煤顶板为K 6灰岩,属坚硬岩石,变更后底板岩巷打钻将不穿过K 6灰岩岩层,加快了打钻速度,降低施工强度。通过对岩巷层位选择技术研究,对寺河矿岩巷掘进以及岩巷层位选择提供了依据。
Due to the high gas content and large amount of gas emission in No.3 Coal Seam in the west wellblock of Sihe Coal Mine,in order to speed up the advance rate of rock roadway,based on the analysis of the properties of the floor rock roadway,the research on the selection technology of the floor rock roadway position in the working face with large mining height in high gas mine is carried out,the results show that the original floor rock roadway is excavated along No.5 coal instead of K 6 limestone.The average driving footage of the original bottom slate roadway along the No.5 coal seam is 2 m/d,the monthly driving footage of the roadway is 60 m,the average driving footage of the bottom slate roadway K 6 limestone is more than 5 m/d,and the monthly driving footage of the roadway is about 150 m.According to the excavation and connection of floor rock roadway,the excavation of floor rock roadway shall be completed 6.4 months in advance to break the tension of mining connection in Sihe Mine.6.4 months in advance,the floor rock roadway will be excavated in place after the change of horizon,and the labor cost will be saved up to 6.4 million yuan.Since the roof of No.5 coal seam is K 6 limestone,which is hard rock,after the change,the bottom rock roadway drilling will not pass through the K 6 limestone stratum,which speeds up the drilling speed and reduces the construction intensity.Based on the study of strata selection technology of rock roadway,the basis of rock roadway excavation and strata selection of rock roadway in Sihe Mine is provided.
