“一带一路”倡议给国际警务合作带来新机遇,有利于破解合作中的障碍,增进互信,为国际警务合作增添新动力,提供新平台,推动国际警务合作进一步深化。同时,它也在安全形势、技术、合作机制、警察执法队伍建设等方面给国际警务合作带来挑战。为有效把握机遇,迎接挑战,更好开展国际警务合作,有必要建立安全风险评估和新型犯罪研判预警机制,利用大数据技术提高情报信息收集、处理和共享能力,加强国内法制建设,推动多边协议签署,并加强警察执法队伍建设,为国际警务合作提供人才支撑。

The“One Belt and One Road Initiative”brings new opportunities for international police cooperation,which is conducive to cracking the obstacles in cooperation,enhancing mutual trust,adding new impetus and providing a new platform for cooperation.Meanwhile,it also poses challenges to international police cooperation,mainly in the aspects of security situation,technology,cooperation mechanism,and police law enforcement team building.In order to effectively seize opportunities,meet challenges,and better carry out international police cooperation,it is necessary to establish a security risk assessment and a new type of crime research and early warning mechanism,use big data technology to improve the collect ability,process and share intelligence information,strengthen domestic legal system construction,sign multilateral agreement and strengthen construction of police law enforcement team,providing talent support for cooperation.
