摘要
场景模拟实训教学切合警务硕士专业学位培养高层次、应用型公安专门人才的需要,是提升人才培养质量的重要教学方式。基于各种主客观因素的影响,《警察公共关系》教学在引入场景模拟实训过程中面临着诸多障碍,亟需在公安院校、实战单位以及相关师生的共同参与下,从明确授课教师与学生的关系定位、优化课堂场景模拟实训的教学设计、促进场景模拟教学资源的科学配置等方面入手,不断改进场景模拟实训教学的保障措施,以有效提升警务硕士生的警察公共关系处置能力。
The teaching of scene simulation should be an important teaching method for teachers to improve the quality of personnel training.Based on the influence of various subjective and objective factors,there are many obstacles to the introduction of"Police Public Relations"teaching in scene simulation training.Therefore,it is urgent for public security institutions,teachers,police master students,and public security actual combat units to participate together.Starting from the aspects of defining the relationship between teaching teachers and students,optimizing the teaching design of classroom scene simulation training,and promoting the scientific allocation of scene simulation teaching resources,the guarantee measures for scene simulation training teaching are constantly improved,to enhance the police public relations handling ability of police master students.
