中医药治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of femoral head necrosis with traditional Chinese medicine

股骨头缺血性坏死是全球骨科发展至今仍未能够完全治愈的世界难题,而祖国医学将它病名为“骨蚀”,随着骨坏死的进展可导致不可逆性骨破坏,常引起髋部严重致残。现代医学多通过手术干预,但其远期效果不明确。而中医药对本病的治疗具有很大优势,且经济,从本论治,并逐渐受到现代医学界重视。本文通过查阅近5年国内外文献关于中医药治疗骨坏死的方法做一综述。

Aseptic necrosis of the femoral head is a common diseasewhich cannot be completely cured so far.It is called as"hip bone spasm"inTraditional Chinese medicine,and"bone erosion"by others.The development of lesions can form degenerative osteoarthritis,which often leads to severe damage to hip.Surgical treatment is often used in modern medicine to treat this diseasebutwith unsatisfactory long-term efficacy.However,application of traditional Chinese medicine to this disease withunique and economical advantages has been receiving great attention in modern medicine.This article reviews the domestic and foreign literatures regardingtreatment with femoral head necrosis withtraditional Chinese medicine.
