泉州市政府购买居家养老服务的现存问题及策略

Research on the Existing Problems and Strategies of Quanzhou City Government’s Purchasing Home-based Care Services

随着我国日渐严峻的人口老龄化,养老服务问题已成为社会各界关注的焦点。针对老年人口数量基数大、增速快及高龄化等特点,国内各地区一直都在探索与实践政府购买居家养老服务工作。基于国内政府购买居家养老服务的现状,结合泉州市的调研情况,从政府的供给能力、服务项目的选择、服务人员队伍建设、评估与监督机制等方面制定相应的发展策略。

Faced with the increasingly severe aging problem,the issue of old-age services has become the focus of attention in all walks of life in China.In view of the large number of people in China,the rapid growth rate and the aging of the elderly population,various regions in China have been exploring and practicing the government’s purchasing home care services.Based on the current situation of domestic government’ s purchasing home care services,combined with the research situation of Quanzhou city,the corresponding development strategies should be formulated from the aspects of government supply capacity,selection of service project,team building of service personnel,evaluation and supervision mechanism.
