摘要
20世纪七八十年代以来,西方后现代小说的建构重新回归到小说本来的自由文化精神,指出作家并非是创作者,而是现实生活的真实记录者。罗斯把这种新的后现代小说元素融入到自己的小说创造实践当中,创作了"美国三部曲"。文章在梳理三部小说中典型的地域环境选择、深远的历史语境和严酷的社会现实、后现代语境下的"反田园"叙事这三个主线的基础上,解析了这三部小说当中的后现代现实主义叙事策略,这有助于我们把握小说中各文化主线的运行机制,领略小说的独特意蕴。
Since the 1970 s and 1980 s, the construction of western post-modern novels has returned to the original free cultural spirit that the writer is not a creator, but a true recorder of a real life. Roth integrated the elements of this new post-modern novel into his own writing practice and created the "American Trilogy". This paper tends to analyze the narrative strategy of post-modern realism through sorting out the three main lines in these three novels including the typical regional environment choices, the profound historical context and the harsh social reality, the anti-pastoral narrative under the post-modern context which will helps us to grasp the operating mechanism of the cultural main lines in the novel and then appreciate the unique meaning of the novel.
