苏北地区户外运动开展现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasure of Outdoor Sports in Northern Jiangsu

阐述了江苏省苏北地区户外运动开展的现状,运用文献资料、实地调查等方法,对苏北地区户外运动发展的制约因素进行了分析,分析认为,苏北地区户外运动资源开发不完善、管理组织无序化以及专业户外运动人才缺乏。在此基础上,从充分开发苏北地区户外运动资源、完善户外安全措施、加强户外运动组织管理、构建完善的户外安全保障体系、加快户外运动专业人才的培养等方面,提出了苏北地区户外运动发展的对策。

This paper expounds the present situation of outdoor sports development in northern Jiangsu province, and analyses the restrictive factors of outdoor sports development in northern Jiangsu by using the methods of documentation and field investigation. It is concluded that the development of outdoor sports resources in northern Jiangsu is imperfect, the management organization is disordered and the professional outdoor sports talents are scarce. On this basis, from the aspects of fully exploiting outdoor sports resources, improving outdoor safety measures, strengthening the organization and management of outdoor sports, building a perfect outdoor safety guarantee system, and accelerating the training of outdoor sports professionals, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the development of outdoor sports in northern Jiangsu.
