咬合指导对全口义齿修复患者配合度和满意度的影响

Effect of occlusion guidance on the compliance and satisfaction of patients with complete denture restoration

目的探讨咬合指导对提高全口义齿修复-颌位关系转移过程中患者的配合度和修复后的满意度的影响。方法将60名首次进行全口义齿修复的患者随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组全口义齿修复前由护士给予专业的咬合指导;对照组修复前未给予任何专业的咬合指导。记录颌位关系转移所需时间和义齿试戴情况,电话随访修复后患者满意度。结果观察组患者在颌位关系转移过程中配合度更高,所需时间显著少于对照组(Z=-3.640,P<0.0001);试戴过程发现观察组颌位偏差显著少于对照组(P=0.038);电话随访结果显示,观察组患者修复后固位、稳定、功能和舒适性显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在全口义齿修复前进行专业咬合指导具有一定的临床意义,能促进患者配合,减少诊疗时间,提高治疗精确性,提高义齿的质量和患者满意度。因此,专业的咬合指导可以作为在全口义齿修复诊疗过程中的常规步骤。

Objective To investigate whether occlusion guidance can promote patient′s compliance during jaw relationship transfer of complete denture restoration and improve the satisfaction of the patient after restoration.Methods 60 patients who underwent complete denture restoration were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group:with professional occlusion guidance by nurses;Control group:without professional occlusion guidance before restoration.Record the time of jaw relationship transfer;record the try-in situation;investigate patients′satisfaction by telephone.Results Patient′s compliance in experimental group was better than control group and it took significantly less time(Z=-3.640,P<0.0001);the deviation during try-in was significantly smaller in experimental group than control group(P=0.038);the result of telephone follow-up manifested that the retention,the stability and the comfort were significantly better in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Professional occlusion guidance before full denture restoration has certain clinical significances:promoting the coordination of doctors and patients,reducing the time of diagnosis and treatment,improving the accuracy of treatment and improving the quality of denture and patient satisfaction.Therefore,professional occlusion guidance can be recommended as a routine step in the treatment of full denture restoration.
