预见性护理对尿道前列腺电切术患者手术效果及护理满意度的影响被引量：4

摘要目的探讨在尿道前列腺电切术患者中应用预见性护理的效果。方法选取本院2016年1月~2017年12月收治的48例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组,每组各24例。A组采用常规护理,B组在对照组基础上实施预见性护理。比较两组的术后并发症发生率、手术疗效、护理满意度以及随访3个月的国际前列腺症状评分。结果B组的并发症总发生率低于A组(P<0.05);B组的手术总有效率(95.83%)高于A组(66.67%)(P<0.05);B组的IPSS评分为(5.72±1.66)分,低于A组的(12.71±2.51)分(P<0.05);B组的护理总满意度高于A组(P<0.05)。结论将预见性护理应用于尿道前列腺电切术患者中,能提高患者手术疗效,降低并发症发生率和国际前列腺症状评分,提高护理满意度,可在临床大力推广。
