轨道扣件能量收集装置优化设计分析

摘要 轨道扣件处可承受轨道大部分垂向载荷,在此处安装能量收集装置对轨道影响小,且安装方便。采用磁致伸缩材料Galfenol将轨道振动能转化为电能。采用ANSYS有限元分析方法确定Galfenol薄板安装在扣件中的位置,并对感应线圈的大小和形状进行优化设计。按照1360缩小的扣件进行实验验证,结果表明,模拟Galfenol轨道扣件能量收集装置可输出最大电压6.1 mV,一列高速列车经过轨道扣件时振动可转换的电能能量值为104.3 mJ。 The rail fastener can support most rail vertical load.Energy harvesters installed here have little effect on rail running,and are convenient to install.Magnetostrictive material Galfenol is adopted as the function material to transfer the vibration into electric power.The place of Galfenol sheet installed in the fastener is determined with ANSYS finite element analysis method.The dimension and shape of the induction coil are optimized.The simulation experiment,scaled down the fastener energy harvester with a factor of 1360,verified that the maximum voltage of the simulation Galfenol fastener energy harvester was 6.1 mV;and the energy output of a high speed train was 104.3 mJ.
