摘要 对应用在0.5 t、0.75 m/s升降装置上的大推力平板式永磁直线电机电磁兼容特性、推力波动抑制效果进行了仿真,并通过样机试验对仿真进行了验证,证实了仿真结果的正确性,对大负载直线电机的设计、研制有很好的指导作用。 In this paper,the electromagnetic compatibility characteristics and the suppression effect of the thrust fluctuation of the large thrust flat permanent magnet linear motor applied in the 0.5T and 0.75m/s lifting device are simulated,and the simulation is verified by the prototype test,which proves the correctness of the simulation results and has a good guiding role in the design and development of the large load linear motor.
