摘要 面对日益恶化的生存环境,有关国际组织及国家相继以法律法规的形式对船舶的硫氧化物(SOX)排放加以控制,在满足各国排放标准的前提下,选择一种合适的排放控制技术,对船舶的建造及营运非常重要。目前使用低硫燃油、清洁燃料、废气滤清系统等是主流的船舶SOX排放控制措施。文章以江南造船自主研发的VLGC(Very Large Gas Carrier)为例,从初始投资、燃油/燃气消耗费用、使用效果等方面探讨不同排放控制技术的利弊。 In the face of the deteriorating living environment,the relevant international organizations and countries have successively controlled the SOX emission of ships in the form of laws and regulations.Therefore,under the premise of meeting the emission standards of various countries,choosing a suitable emission control technology plays a crucial role in the construction and operation of ships.Nowadays,the use of low sulfur fuel oil,clean fuel and exhaust gas filtration system are the main measures to control the SOX emissions from ships.This paper takes the VLGC(Very large gas carrier)independently developed by Jiangnan Shipyard as an example,the advantages and disadvantages of different emission control technologies are discussed in terms of the initial investment,fuel/gas consumption cost and use effect.
