摘要
提出了一种便携式船用碳刷曲面研磨装置的设计和实现方案,能极大缩短单个碳刷研磨所需时间,提高研磨成功率和研磨精度,进而提高船用变流机组维护保养效率,保证全船电力系统的安全、稳定、可靠。
A design and implementation of curve-grinding device for a portable marine carbon brush is presented in the paper,which will reduce the curve-grinding time of a single carbon brush significantly,and also will improve the curve-grinding success rate and the precision.As a result,the maintenance efficiency of the marine converter unit will be increased.The safety,stability and reliability of the whole ship power system will be ensured.
