卓越治安警务人才是能够胜任复杂形势下治安警务工作的高素质警务人才,是应用型、复合型、创新型的警务人才。公安院校培养卓越治安警务人才是适应我国社会治安新形势的现实需求,是深化公安高等教育体制机制改革的重要任务,是突破治安警务人才培养现实困境的重要举措。培养卓越治安警务人才应从优化课程体系、创新教学方法、改革教学管理、加强师资队伍建设、完善保障机制等方面着手。培养卓越治安警务人才是一项庞大的系统工程,应根据各种新出现的问题与困难,不断进行人才培养方案的动态化调整与优化。
