不同温度条件下钢筋套筒灌浆连接力学性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 围绕预制装配式混凝土框架结构节点区纵向钢筋的套筒灌浆连接,针对不同温度条件下,研究其接头的受力性能。结果表明:套筒连接在北方冬季施工时,不宜在5℃及以下的环境温度中灌浆;如有特殊情况需要进行灌浆,应采取必要的加热和保温措施对连接节点进行养护,养护温度不低于10℃,养护时间不少于72 h。 Around the sleeve grouting connection of longitudinal reinforcement in prefabricated concrete frame joints,the mechanical properties of the joints are studied under different temperature conditions. The results show that the sleeve connection should not be grouted in the ambient temperature below 5℃ during winter construction in the north. If grouting is needed under special circumstances,necessary heating and thermal insulation measures should be taken to maintain the connection joints. The maintenance temperature should not be less than 10℃ and the maintenance time should be no less than 72 h.
