摘要
公路施工过程中,环境问题、地质条件、地形地貌等非常复杂,软土路基处理就是公路建设的难点之一。软土路基处理是公路稳定性的基础,更是公路安全和质量的保障。首先叙述公路软土路基岩土渗透性差、高含水量等特征,找出公路施工过程中技术的发展受到施工机械水平的制约、处理技术的选用不能够因地制宜、影响公路软土路基处理的因素比较多、温度要求较高等一系列处理过程中存在的问题,提出换填法处理、分层填筑压实、软土路基强夯处理、水泥搅拌桩处理、粉煤灰碎石桩处理、加筋土处理法等有效处理方法。从原材料方面严格控制其质量参数、加强对施工工艺及其流程的监督,保证施工完成后的检验与维护等质量控制手段,为公路质量提供科学理论基础。
In the process of highway construction,environmental problems,geological conditions,topography and other very complex,soft soil roadbed treatment is one of the difficulties of highway construction. Soft soil roadbed treatment is the foundation of highway stability,but also the guarantee of highway safety and quality. Article first narrative highway soft dirt poor rock soil permeability and high water content and so on characteristics,find out the road construction in the process of the development of the technology is restricted by the level of construction machinery,the selection of treatment technology will not be able to adjust measures to local conditions and the influencing factors of highway soft-soil subgrade treatment is more high temperature requirement,a series of problems existing in the process,bring up soil replacement method,layered filling compaction,soft-soil subgrade compaction treatment,cement mixing pile and fly ash gravel pile treatment,reinforced soil treatment method of effective treatment methods. From the aspect of raw materials,we should strictly control the quality parameters,strengthen the supervision of the construction technology and process,and ensure the inspection and maintenance after the construction. The treatment method and quality control theory proposed in this paper can provide scientific theoretical basis for highway quality.
