建筑屋面防水施工技术要点与质量控制研究

屋面防水施工作为整个建筑工程中一项重要的施工流程组成部分,关系到整个房屋的舒适性和耐久度。然而,建筑屋面雨水渗漏问题仍未彻底解决,尤其是楼房顶层经常出现防水性能不达标,发生各种形式的渗漏现象。因此,首先总结了建筑屋面雨水渗漏的几种常见现象,阐述了建筑屋面防水施工技术要点。同时,对现阶段存在的主要问题进行了深入细致的分析。最后,提出了提高建筑屋面防水施工质量控制水平的建议和措施,希望为我国建筑业防水施工领域提供一些参考意见。

Roof waterproofing construction,as an important part of the construction process in the whole construction project,is related to the comfort and durability of the whole house.However,for a long time,the problem of rainwater leakage on building roof has not been solved completely,especially the waterproofing performance of building roof often fails to meet the standard,and various forms of leakage occur.Firstly,this paper summarizes several common phenomena of building roof rainwater leakage,and expounds the key points of building roof waterproofing construction technology.At the same time,the main problems at this stage are analyzed in depth and in detail.Finally,some suggestions and measures to improve the quality control level of building roof waterproofing construction are put forward,hoping to provide some reference opinions for the field of waterproofing construction in China's construction industry.
