摘要
通过传统双块无梁轨道施工轨道排粗细调整机的施工方法和螺杆支撑施工方法,螺杆对钢轨排的结合力为极限,整个路基浇筑后的空间位置和浇筑前的差异较大,导致施工精度不高,工作精度存在大量问题。通过分析,介绍了轨道排架法的施工技术,其基本思想是通过钢轨排架与刀具轨道的结合,将钢轨排改造成类似的一种,然后利用"轨道板"的结构,采用成熟的轨道板调整过程对轨道行进行调整,解决了路基浇筑完成后的变量问题。形状、几何位置超过极限和精细调制需要更换紧固件垫来调整问题,可以提高铺设精度,同时提高施工效率。
Through the construction method of traditional double-block girderless track construction track row thickness adjusting machine and screw support construction method,the screw-to-rail row binding force is the limit,the space position of the entire roadbed after pouring and before pouring is quite different,resulting in low construction accuracy and a lot of problems in working accuracy.Through analysis,this paper introduces the construction technology of track bent method.Its basic idea is to transform the rail bent into a similar one by combining the rail bent with the tool track.Then,using the structure of"track plate"and adopting the mature adjustment process of track plate to adjust the track,the variable problem after the completion of roadbed pouring is solved.When the shape and geometric position exceed the limit and fine modulation,the fastener pads need to be replaced to adjust the problem,which can improve the paving accuracy,investment and construction efficiency.
